Activity Haven Struts Its Stuff At Lansdowne Place!!!
On Saturday, June 8th, 2013, Activity Haven will be a meet and greet in the centre court (at the base of the escalators) at Lansdowne Place Mall. We will have samples of art projects, demos of programs, such as Zumba Gold, Yoga, Tai Chi and Bone Building. We will be selling raffle tickets to fantasic prizes that include a BBQ!!! If you're not a member of Activity Haven this is a great chance to see what we have to offer. Please join us, we'll be there all day to answer your questions!

Activity Haven's Expansion and Our Strategic/Business Plan
As many of you might know, in 2013 Community Care, one of the tenants we share the Queen Alexandra Building with, will be moving to it's own facility. This move creates quite a bit of space that will now be available to Activity Haven. This expansion is an exciting time for the club that will bring the opportunity to increase our programming and offer services we haven't been able to in past. With the help of a grant from Peterborough Community Futures Development Corporation, we have enlisted the consulting services of Kevin Duguay. Kevin will be developing a strategic and business plan for us. Kevin's business is based in Peterborough, he is very experienced and comes highly recommended. We will be gathering your input about the club's needs through various methods, including focus groups. The Activity Haven Expansion Taskforce feels Kevin will be well received by our membership and we look forward to him assisting us with this endeavour.
